MapMons Terms and Refunds

Seller

The verified MapMons publisher identified on the Chrome Web Store listing is the seller of MapMons paid features. Google is not the seller. Purchase and support questions can be sent to support@mapmons.com.

Free and paid access

MapMons Free includes the features and export allowance shown in the extension and store listing. MapMons Pro and Lifetime unlock the paid features shown at checkout. Current prices are displayed before purchase; DataForSEO usage is separate and charged directly by DataForSEO.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

ExtensionPay and Stripe process payments. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled from the MapMons manage-subscription link and remain active through the paid period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the supported MapMons product.

MapMons purchases have a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund period. Email support@mapmons.com from the purchase email within 30 days. Charges made by DataForSEO or other third parties are governed by those providers and are not MapMons purchases.

Acceptable use

Use MapMons only for lawful, user-directed research and in accordance with Google Maps and other applicable third-party terms. Do not use it for hidden collection, abusive messaging, unlawful profiling, or attempts to bypass product, browser, or provider limits.

Service limits

Google Maps and business websites can change or block access. Website verdicts are automated lead-research signals, not guarantees about a business or website. MapMons may update or stop features when required for security, browser compatibility, law, or third-party policy compliance.
